We are now looking for an HR & Talent Aquisition specialist who will play an important role in driving our talent acquisition processes to support our fast growing business.

You will have the responsibility for attracting and recruiting new talent, designing onboarding/training programs that enable fast organizational growth/scale up and create an inspiring, challenging, and empowering experience for our new colleagues.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

- Together with HR Director initiate, lead and implement strategies for talent acquisition and drive digitalization of TA/HR processes
- Have daily contact with hiring managers and candidates to drive the recruitment process
- Design lead and implement onboarding/training programs to caters for fast organizational growth
- Be involved in different HR/TA related projects, social media recruitment, employer branding, engagement and culture
- Help develop and manage our coming HR & Talent Mgt Software, collect data, create templates, update the processes
- Support expats’ relocation procedures and processing employment paperwork
- Communicating with new recruits, providing necessary information - pre-boarding.
- Gathering feedback from newly hired employees about their experience


As a member of a small HR team you will participate in the daily work at the HR department and support the organization by providing human resources advice, counsel, data and analyzing information.

What you need to be successfull:

We believe you need to have a couple of years experience of similar tasks and a genuine interest for Talent Management. If you are certified in assessment tools, preferably TalentQ and have experience of international recruitment, it will be a merit.

You have strong communication skills and are good at building relations. As we work in an international environment, you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English. You are structured and organized as a person and have a strong personal drive. Ethical awareness along with ability to handle confidential information, is essential.

Your educational background is probably in HR or related areas.
