The role also includes spending time in the spotlight, as a key part is to present your findings and to raise awareness in our organization. Further, you provide the business with tech support, such as digital tools and e-learning, as well as coordinating activities covering multiple HR initiatives.
The position is based at the business quarter Hyllie, a perfect commute spot from the city of Malmö, Lund and Copenhagen. Some international travel is expected in the job.
Your character
We are looking for someone who strikes the perfect balance between being technology-enabled and human-centric, and to truly succeed – you must have a passion for organization and people's performance. You have around five years' experience from similar roles, and when it comes to education degrees, we consider technology, economics, finance, HR, or marketing as relevant – preferably with a touch of statistics. You're skilled in handling data in Excel and enjoy creating PowerPoint presentations and e-learning. Knowledge of Workday and other relevant systems is advantageous. And, as we act on the global scene, you need to be fluent in verbal and written English, while we find other languages, such as Swedish, as a plus.
Your personality is key to our success! Working independently and driving yourself to great results, you also appreciate the benefits of collaboration, using your network skills to build solid and trusting relationships. This position also calls for good communication skills and you have a sense of making complex information accessible for your stakeholders at all levels. You're skilled in prioritizing your tasks and this makes you thrive in an agile and ever-changing environment. By being curious, proactive, and analytical, you're constantly scouting trends in the field – challenging our current ways of working and presenting exciting paths to reach a more profitable and efficient future.
