About the job
With a combination of functional and technical expertise you shape our digital learning and development roadmap and drive the HR technology agenda within your area. You continuously explore how we can be more efficient and user centric in our HR technology systems setup and you share your knowledge and insights with stakeholders at all levels. As you switch between a strategic view and the important daily operations, you also make sure that Workday, our global Human Capital Management System (HCMS), is supporting the business in the most efficient way and the relevant tools and documentation are available.
Collaborating closely with our Workday experts and IT organization, you assure data quality, investigate cross functional impact, and manage pre-studies and implementation projects. You create training material for implemented processes and technologies, consolidate our learning technology landscape and provide back-end support for our internal and external learners.
You also provide expertise in cross-functional areas – being our representative in the Learning & Development collaboration forum, as well as our speaking partner towards the business for related issues. You report to, and act in close collaboration with the Head of HR Technology.
Where’s the office?
This position gives you the flexibility to choose your own working location within a time zone close to Sweden – although some physical presence at our site in Sandviken, Sweden is preferred to strengthen relations and keep good collaborations. Occasional travel to our business units around the world is part of the job.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with broad knowledge of IT systems and data management – preferably in connection to HR and learning and development – who’s been working both strategically and operationally in a global environment for several years. You’re good at managing projects, and you understand the value of cross-functional collaborations and close contact with stakeholders. We expect an interest in new digital solutions and it's advantageous with experience of working with ERP and management systems such as Workday and SAP. As we act in a global setting, you must be fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
You’re characterized by a structured, confident and holistic way of working – you keep your deadlines and capture opportunities without losing track of our direction. You have a data-driven approach, and with a strategic and holistic view, you respond timely on business requirements and act on both urgent, short-term and long-term objectives.
