Job brief
App Shack is looking for an HR Manager to oversee human resources practices and processes at our company. We're looking for our first HR person for a team in an expansion phase where an efficient recruitment process will be an essential part of the success.


HR Manager at App Shack
To us, an HR Manager is a go-to person for all employee-related matters. This means that your HR Manager duties will involve recruiting and onboarding new talent, as well as overseeing existing employees by measuring engagement, happiness, health, performance, training and personal growth.

Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Maintain a pay plan, employee deal, and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.





Requirements
Proven working experience in HR.
Experience in the IT or consultant industry.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Well written and spoken English.
In-depth knowledge of labor law in Sweden.
