A typical day
You partner with business leaders to drive the people and organizational mandate to achieve organizational results. You support business leaders to engage people around the purpose, strategy and objectives to support engagement and performance across teams.
You will partner with the Business leaders in Marketing, Design and Product Lines for BA Europe. At the same time you will lead a team of 2 HRBPs and provide functional HR leadership to the Sales Clusters.
You will directly report to SVP HR, Communications and Contusions Improvement, BA Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR functional leadership in people and organizational areas; adding value in taking a strategic and operational business decision.
• Support delivery of the people strategy within the business area through the identification and development of targeted HR interventions to deliver commercial performance.
• Actively participate in business planning and strategy development for the business area and provide people strategy plans to support business goals.
• Ensure understanding, communication and implementation of the HR Principles and process across teams while ensuring smooth HR operational delivery.
• Equip the organization with right capabilities and drive talent and succession planning processes relevant to the business strategy and context.
• Act as a change agent and coach managers on how to handle change, engage employees and build capabilities effectively.
• Collaborate with global and local HR teams to evolve the functions in terms of quality of talent and effective organization design.
• Lead HR projects/initiatives to add value to BA Europe HR functional delivery.

Education & experience
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management/HR.
• A solid professional track record of working at least 10 years within HR, proving being capable of managing both strategic and operational HR matters to support the business needs.
• Experience with partnering senior business leaders and team leadership.
• You have a proven track record as HR innovator and integrator and exhibit knowledge of HR core processes and leverage HR knowledge to drive simplification and continuous.
