This is a regional role for BA Europe, which can be located close to any of our major hubs, though with a strong preference for Stockholm, Sweden.
We are looking for an independent people and business focused HR professional to work in close collaboration with the above leadership teams. High energy, value creation and great projects are what we offer. You live and breathe the business agenda, understand what drives results, have a problem-solving approach from a business-first perspective. You will bring a "can do" attitude, great people and organization capability, and your positive energy. As member of the leadership teams for both HRCCI, Marketing and Design and you will contribute to and co-lead all people related initiatives. You will get to co-design, build, and execute organizational and talent programs as well as leadership initiatives. Tasks:
You focus on organizational and team development strategy in partnership with the leadership teams, enabling a high performing and learning organization. You will act as key sounding board and coach for senior leaders on leadership, engagement, and delivery capability, while implementing the people plan objectives and developing a future-ready organization. You inspire and influence our truly multicultural organization.
Key Focus Areas to reach desired outcomes
•Business Partner: Understand and anticipate business priorities and contribute to the development of the business strategy and its execution
•Provide strategic HR input to the functions as an active member of leadership team
•Coach, challenge/support managers in their role on people-related processes
•Understand business context, issues, and challenges to provide long term sustainable solutions and new ways forward
•Use business knowledge to provide effective solutions that align with business goals
•Implementation of initiatives, balancing both global and local needs, understand common global frameworks, share best practices, maintain flexibility to meet local needs
•Challenge the status quo, champion new initiatives, and act as a catalyst for change that drives continuous improvement in business performance
•Drives HR functional excellence and process improvement together with the communications and CI functions
•Support rollout of people solutions, acting as a champion, engaging stakeholders, challenging, and coaching managers to gain buy-in
Qualifications:
•5+ years of HR business partnering experience in an international setting, including track-record of close collaboration with senior leadership teams
•University degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar.
•Proven ability to partner, influence and advise senior stakeholders to improve leadership and performance in complex, preferably matrixed environments
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
•Advising and coaching international and multicultural stakeholder groups
