We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our client, an international IT company within supply chain management. You will be responsible for HR operations in the Nordic region and will work closely with global HR leader and HR team on global projects.
OM TJÄNSTEN
We are looking for a HRBP to our client, offering cloud-based ERP and Supply Chain Management solutions for customers in the distribution industry. As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders in the Nordics, guiding them on HR matters while also overseeing the daily local HR operations. Your scope of responsibility includes managing all HR activities in the Nordics, as well as assisting the Global HR Director in HR activities and global projects, in close cooperation with the Global HR Team.
This role is based in Stockholm and reporting to the Global HR Director. The emphasis in the role is on proactive work regarding the work environment, employee lifecycle, individual matters, and labor law. You will take full ownership of your designated area of responsibility.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Academic degree in HR/Business or related field.
- 3-5 years experience as HRBP, ideally in an international IT environment.
- Knowledge of the employee relations framework, including the ability to provide advice on employment related legislation.
- Well-developed knowledge of contemporary HR management principles, policies and practices and their strategic and operational implications.
- Experience in managing key change management and culture improvement programs in a complex business environment.
- Experience of union negotiations.
- Knowledge of compensation & benefit plans (pension, medical, work allowance…).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
- Willing to travel internationally.
It is meritorious if you have
- Worked international in a similar role before, ideally within Norway, Denmark or/and Finland as focus areas.
