What is Your role
We are looking for an ambitious candidate, with a positive and results-oriented mindset who is accountable for creating the strategy and design and leading the implementation and maintenance of Workday and other HR Systems. The position will report directly to the EVP of HR, have 2 direct reports, and will closely collaborate with our HR team around the world ensuring enablement and alignment with the broader business, HR and IT initiatives. The ideal candidate thinks strategically but isn’t afraid to get into the details.
Your tasks
Acts as the center of expertise and trusted advisor, pro-actively consults the business on Workday and other HR Systems
Translates the business requirements into HR data solutions
Drives the strategic Workday road-map to support long-term goals; prioritizes system projects
Coaches, mentors, and motivates team to successful outcomes
Manages vendor communication, contracts and statements of work (SOW)
Responsible for cost management of the systems
Engages and manages HR systems service partners as needed (e.g. complex tickets)
Accountable for technical implementations
Maintains security, business processes, reports and other Workday functionalities
Organizes technical housekeeping and creates discrepancy reporting for data integrity
Provides hands-on functional design and configuration (design, build, configure and test the Workday solutions)
Proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes and standardization
Responsible for creating and maintaining data integrations with other HR solutions
Responsible for data stewardship & compliance -- tests existing and new data and/or processes
Develops, maintains and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
Provides training on new processes and functionalities.
Ensures proper HRIS support of technology projects, implementations, system upgrades and improvements.
The ideal candidate

Bachelor / Masters’ degree, preferably in HR or IT
Thorough technical knowledge and experience in Workday including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Advanced Comp, and LMS
Minimum 5 years experience in HR Information Systems in an international environment
3 years of supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and project management skills
Very comfortable in stakeholder management, building and maintaining relevant networks
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to execute on multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving organization
Fluent in English
