HRIS Solution Architect

Main function: Support development digitalization of HR.
Overall responsibility: Development, data analysis, system functionality
· Systems and Development ”Ecosystem”
· System functionality
· Analysing the Environment
· Gathering and analyzing requirements
· Creating solution prototypes
· Integrations for HR only
· Participating in selection process
· Analyzing ERP landscape and fit
· Functionality limitations and improvements
· Data analytics/ Power BI
· Finding a good collaboration approach with IT
Team member tasks: As a team member the primary priority is to fulfill the team funciton togehter with all team members. The responsibility is limitless and a great amount of freedom is given to the team member as to test, think new and come up with challenging ideas. Always in line with Northvolt´s primary values such as bold, passion and excellent in a cost conscious manner.
Work area: The assignment is broad and requires:
· Close corporation with workstream members
· Contacts with suppliers and contractors
· Follow-up on deliveries
