As our reliance on technology increases it is crucial to expand our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) team to continuously strive for optimizing the performance of our HR system at ASSA ABLOY. What you would do as our HRIS Support Specialist
As a super user to our global HRIS SAP SuccessFactors, internally rebranded as Global People Solutions (GPS), not only will you have an amazing opportunity working both local and global scale driving customer value, but you will also play a vital role as a system expert within our central division to enhance the performance of our HR system.
This role reports directly to the HRIS Manager and is based in Landskrona. If commuting by train, it will be a short 5-10 minutes walk from the train station.
You would also:
Maintain HR system applications and modules, troubleshoot integration errors, resolve data inconsistencies.
Provide technical support, train, and guide end users on functionalities and new features.
Develop user guidelines and report technical issues.
Consult, collaborate, and escalate requests to Global GPS Admins when necessary.
Perform audits on employee data to ensure efficient recording and secure storage.
Support HRIS Manager with future upgrades to applications, systems and modules, data migration, engagement activities and ad-hoc projects.
Keep track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
Degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field required.
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent system.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent technical support skills, superb attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Fluency in English is required.
Maintain confidentiality of all employee data.
We see you as someone who is at the beginning of your HR career that's system savvy and takes pride in being thorough, structured and efficient performing administrative tasks. Generalist HR experience would be an advantage. Ideally, you are comfortable interacting with all employees in a fast-paced global environment.
