The Sandvik Group is undertaking a global implementation, with the aim of transforming and developing the way we work with Human Resources (HR) at Sandvik.Parts of this global initiative involve developing and implementing global HR processes and supporting systems, in order to provide managers and employees with access to the best possible support in HR, in all parts of the world.The focus areas for the new way of working are Workforce Administration, Competence Development & Performance Management, Resourcing and Compensation & Benefits.Due to restructuring of our current organizational setup, we are now looking for an additional HR/IT Process Specialist to strengthen the Compensation & Benefits team.Key performance areas As an HR/IT Process Developer within Compensation & Benefits you will: - Support the implementation of the global HR processes at Sandvik - Map existing processes, and develop and implement new ones - Facilitate process workshops globally - Analyze and configure Sandvik's global HR system (PeopleSoft), according to business needs and requirements - Lead and participate in process and system development projects - Train end users on processes and system functionality - Support the Sandvik HR organization within the above mentioned focus areas, as well as system functionality The position will involve travelling. Your profile You have a relevant university degree and experience from work within HR, and good understanding of how IT supports the organization's processes.Work experience within the area of compensation and benefits is essential, as is experience from process development and implementation of ERP systems.As a person, you are a self-starter and a good team player, who is also capable of working independently.You are delivery-focused in a high-tempo work environment.Attention to detail and analytical skills are also important attributes for succeeding in this role.You will be working in a global environment, and, therefore, good communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are a requirement.Recruiter Irene Sveen Sandvik is a global industrial group with advanced products and world-leading positions in selected areas - tools for metal cutting, equipment and tools for the mining and construction industries, stainless materials, special alloys, metallic and ceramic resistance materials as well as process systems.In 2009 the Group had about 44,000 employees and representation in 130 countries, with annual sales of nearly SEK 72,000 M.
