About the role
The HRO&S & Payroll manager Nordics has two main responsibility areas. Within the HR Operation & Services the employee is responsible for managing high quality HR master data in Success Factors for all the Nordic countries, approx. 300 employees. The employee is also managing the Payroll, including pension & insurancs, for the three Scandinavian countries, approx. 120 employees. The employee works closely together with the HR Managers located in Sweden (Helsingborg), Finland and Iceland as well as the Accounting/Finance department in Helsingborg and reports to Sr HR Director for the Benelux Nordics Cluster, located in Netherlands.
Primary purpose of the position
-Maintain high quality employee master-data management for the Nordics.
-Handle payroll Sweden, Denmark and Norway
-Manage HR administration, pension and insurances in Scandinavia
Responsibilities
Responsible for managment of HR administration in Scandinavia, for example employment documents/contracts, coordination of on boarding and off boarding, LoAs etc.
Full responsibility for handling SE, DK and NO payroll in compliance with labor law and accounting requirements, meaning knowing and controlling all ins and outs by the external payroll provider
Administer SE, DK and NO employee beneifts, such as pension and insurance
Coordinate global benefit programs such as Connect (Bonus/Merit), Equity etc. with Accounting (SE/DK/NO/FI)
Coordinate employee related data (new hires, leavers, changes in FTEs, cost centers etc.) with Accounting/Finance. Manage and follow up on cost of labor input and bonus accruals in SE/DK/NO.
Interact with internal customers across the Nordics via telephone, email or face to face to answer questions and provide assistance in the completion of human resource transactions. Examples could be EC-related questions, local policies and contracts
Maintain electronic personnel records in Scandinavia in compliance with GDPR
Maintain high quality employee master-data for SE/NO/DK/FI/IS and assure alignment with Finance and Accounting data. Be the Nordic representative in the Global Data Management forums.
Work with and understand compensation systems and standards across the range of compensation elements and countries served
Manage internal and external reporting as required (headcount, safety, salary statistics etc).

Qualifications
University degree (within HR, Business administration, Psychology or similar)
At least 5 to 10 years of experience within Human Resources
Experience from working with payroll
Fluent in English – spoken as well as written and a good understanding of the Scandinavian languages
A hands-on person who executes and delivers
Result-oriented person with the ability to look at different issues from a company perspective
