HSE Engineer

To ensure compliance with Nordex HSE management systems according to ISO9001/45001/140001 as well as local laws and regulations in Sweden.


YOUR TASKS
Execute HSE compliance checks (audits) to Nordex service and work sites
Investigate HSE incidents and coordinate corrective actions
Investigate relevant legislations, certificates and other applicable sources and provide advice on these to members of the organization
Support other departments (PM, Service, etc.) by providing information about HSE and Contractor’s Liability laws in the area and Nordex requirements to subcontractors and Nordex workers
Create and implements HSE trainings where required
Participation and contribution to Nordex HSE meetings, if required
Further administrative tasks related to HSE
0-3 years relevant work experience


YOUR PROFILE
Education in HSE or other applicable discipline
Knowledge of local and European HSE law and regulations
Ideally prior experience in application of ISO9001/45001/140001
Good English language skills required (both spoken and written)
Finnish or other Nordic language required
Willing to travel to different sites within the region.

Utför HSE-efterlevnadskontroller (revisioner) på Nordex service- och arbetsplatser
Undersök HSE-incidenter och samordna korrigerande åtgärder
Undersök relevant lagstiftning, certifikat och andra tillämpliga källor och ge råd om dessa till medlemmar i organisationen
Stödja andra avdelningar (PM, Service, etc.) genom att tillhandahålla information om HSE och entreprenörens ansvarslagar inom området och Nordex krav till underleverantörer och Nordex-arbetare
Skapa och genomför HSE-utbildningar där det behövs
Deltagande och bidrag till Nordex HSE-möten vid behov
Ytterligare administrativa uppgifter relaterade till HSE
0-3 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet


DIN PROFIL
Utbildning inom HSE eller annan tillämplig disciplin
Kunskaper om lokala och europeiska HSE-lagar och regler
Gärna tidigare erfarenhet av tillämpning av ISO9001/45001/140001
Goda kunskaper i engelska krävs (både i tal och skrift)
Finska eller annat nordiskt språk krävs
Villig att resa till olika platser inom regionen.
