HSE Engineer

As a Health Safety and Environment (HSE) in production, you will have operational responsibility for issues relating to the work environment on our projects. Your tasks will include establishing routines, establishing methods, coordinating, informing and taking corrective measures to minimize work environment risks. It is also part of the position to be responsible for reporting and performance review to the production's work environment manager.
This level of HSE professional can also fill the deputy HSE Manager position.
Influence training programs
Ensure compliance with local/national and project regulations and company standards
participate in the incident/ hazard investigation process and assist in the implementation of corrective actions.
Maintain safety data, keeping the databases up to date.
Maintain tracking/completion systems as required.
Maintain inspection tracking system in support
Create monthly project safety data reports; and monthly and quarterly safety statistics.
Maintain hazard tracking and monthly reports.
Maintain tracking system for all safety, equipment and industry alerts
