HSE Manager

Floatel International AB is a Swedish registered company established in 2006 with two semi-submersible accommodation support vessels under construction at Keppel FELS Shipyard in Singapore. We are currently seeking an HSE Manager for a permanent position at our Head Office in Mölndal, Sweden. The HSE Manager will be in charge of the HSE department and work in close contact with the Company Management. The HSE Manager shall be managing the Company's HSE activities with the following major responsibilities; *Develop, implement and maintain the Company's HSE Management System including overseeing and updating policies as necessary. *Perform audits onboard the Company's vessels and onshore, ISPS). *Act as qualified CSO (Company Security Officer) and DP (Designated Person). *Attend various workshops and conferences. *Contact with authorities in audit and certification matters. *Implement and manage the Company's accident and incident reporting system. *Be the Convener and Chairman of the Central Safety Committee We are seeking a dedicated individual with the following qualifications; *Relevant and documented education. *Experience from similar work in the offshore industry, with good references. *Good communication skills and feeling comfortable to work in an international and multi-cultural environment. *Good to excellent command of English, written and spoken *Experience from Norwegian offshore legislation is an advantage.
