Packaging Solutions division develops and sells world class fiber-based packaging products and services. We constantly innovate and find new ways to replace fossil-based packaging with renewable, eco-friendly alternatives. Our high-end packaging solutions are used by leading customers and brands across multiple industries.
Role
The responsibility of this role is to set the agenda on a yearly basis for what the organisation needs to be compliant with law, regulations and to develop the business. This role is also responsible for making sure that the organisation understands and acts according to set agenda. The role is responsible for updating and developing management systems and to carry out both internal and external audits.
Description of the role:
• This role is responsible for coordinating all three sites Jönköping, Skene and Vikingstad within Product Safety and environment and also to coordinate with external authorities.
• Support the organisation through helping with the development of tools, templates, training and follow-up
• Ensure the competence required in other departments in product safety and environment through internal training
• Work towards set goals and continuous improvement
• Actively participate in the safety work for a safe workplace.
Requirements
For this role we are looking for someone who is agile, brave and curious. Agile in your way of working, flexible in finding solutions and helping organisation to develop. Brave enough to question status quo and question things that you do not agree to or don’t understand purpose of. Curious to what our business is about and learn new things that support our business development.
Important to succeed in this role is to be able to work both on a strategic level as well as an operative. You need to understand legislation and regulations, but you also need to be able to make this comprehensive and practical for the organisation.
We would like to see someone with a university degree in this area, combined with at least 5 years of experience in process work in this role.
You also have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
