You will lead a group of people who works towards the vessels with quality audits. Together with your team, you will follow up on every deviation- and incident report.
This is a job opportunity for you, if you both really enjoy to improve and enhanced HSEQ issues on all our vessels, as well understanding and developing companies KPI,s and are ready to take actions to increase a better environment for employees and passengers.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Conducting and supervising internal audits and notifying/advising the relevant personnel of external and/or third-party audits.
- Liaising with accreditation body(s) and other regulatory authorities as required regarding audits and/or changes to the accredited Code(s) and/or standard(s).
- Advising the Fleet Operations Management Team of any major events affecting and/or likely to affect the running of the Management system.
- Co-ordinating accident and/or incident investigations and preparing the associated report(s).
- Providing assistance with the organization and recording of health, safety, environmental and quality related matters.

You will lead a group of eight self-directed persons who all work closely together. In this role occasional travel as required.

Qualifications:
- NEBOSH national certificate or equivalent.
- Proven experience working in an HSEQ management role, leading and managing an HSEQ team.
- Strong understanding of the key concepts of Health and Safety.
- Knowledge of ISM and understanding of ISO standards and codes.
- Knowledge of incident investigation and Root Cause Analysis.
