To support our team at Nordmann Nordic, Solna (Sweden), we are currently looking for an HSEQ + Sustainability Manager. Nordmann Nordic is a distributor of specialty chemicals to Nordic and Baltic manufacturers of cosmetics, laundry/cleaning products, paint, plastics, rubber, pharmaceuticals, and electronics. Net sales in 2022 amounted to SEK 313 million. The company has 22 employees, who work in bright and fine premises in Solna Strand near Stockholm.
Your tasks:
Development & maintenance of the existing management system, ISO 9001, ISO 50001, GDP (Good Distribution Practice for pharmaceutical active substances), HACCP, Ecovadis
Collecting and processing certain data concerning hazardous substances within a raw materials database system
Drafting and maintaining accurate safety data sheets
Updating and maintaining existing data files
Continuously updating and recording new products
Conducting data searches concerning chemical raw materials
Training staff, especially persons involved in the carriage of dangerous goods, GDP (Good Distribution Practice for pharmaceutical active substances)
Liaising with public authorities and/or associations on behalf of Nordmann Nordics
Conducting internal and supplier audits
Providing technical advice/support (e.g. to colleagues, customers, suppliers, public authorities, associations, consultants, warehouse keepers, etc.) in English and Swedish
Communication with HSEQ in Hamburg
Your profile:
Completed scientific studies or technical/commercial training
Professional experience in the support of Quality-Management-Systems, ideally in a retail/distribution environment. ISO 9001, GDP (Good Distribution Practice for pharmaceutical active substances), HACCP, Ecovadis
Basic chemical/technical knowledge
Good communication skills
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English (written and spoken)
