Your Responsibilities
Setting and implementing a people strategy that is in line with the Marketing & Sales HR function strategy covering culture, competence, and organization.
Ensuring people and organizational capabilities required in the mid-long term are understood and actioned, including country growth plans.
Implementing the M&S / Country operating model and optimize organization structures and principles in line with group and global rules and standards, including the Hitachi Energy job structure.
Implementing group and global business performance standards, KPIs, and targets to enhance business performance.
Collaborating with Talent & Learning, BU’s, and HUBs to set and implement strategies and actions to ensure a healthy and sustainable talent structure in the organization, including recruitment, identification and succession planning on business-critical position, diversity, and inclusion.
Driving the change management needed to support M&S function strategy and plan with Country HR and M&S HRBPs
Implementing HSE and business compliance standards and regulations in responsibility.
Your Background
A university degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Senior-level experience as an HRBP, preferably from similar type of business
Experiencing driving performance management, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
Good analytical skills, including experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environment.
