HUB Performance Controller

What's the role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Hub Performance Controller to join our Regional Finance Hub. The team is located in Manchester. A focus and interest in data analytics and financial performance are key to this position.

What does the role involve?
Executing and developing all required reporting activities for Region Northern Europe and its Markets
Creating business transparency of financial results and business performance
Contribute towards performance management and lead improvements projects for the region
Business partner in controlling/reporting function with the wider stakeholder group across finance and the business
Support in the roll out of Power BI and SAP Analytics cloud reporting and various business initiatives (e.g. Evolution)
Support the global shared leadership approach

What you need is:
We expect you to be a curious, pro-active team worker that is service oriented and likes to work together with different stakeholders (e.g. finance, marketing, sales, logistics). You will have a proven track record of relevant working experience and are willing to develop further into reporting and controlling.
Previous experience with SAP (e.g. SAP BW/BI) and database management desirable. Knowledge of working with reporting/data platforms such as MS Access, SQL, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud etc will be of an advantage.
