Galderma is growing and are facing an exciting expansive journey! Now you have the opportunity to be a part of building and shaping an important part of our business as a Human Factor Engineer Expert where you will be a part of exciting product development projects!

The position is a part of the Product Development management team, but you will also work cross-functionally with several other departments and with external partners. You will build up the business with Usability/Human Factor studies, which includes developing methods, processes and routines and ensuring that Galderma achieves the requirements for medical devices.

You will also be involved in leading and designing studies for various new products. You will be involved in the entire project phase and ensure that activities in the area are planned, executed, and documented correctly.

Your responsibilities:

* Responsible for ensuring that routines and processes for HFE are aligned with the project model, risk management and Design Control processes and meet quality requirements for Medical Devices
* Participate in development projects and ensure strategy, activities and timelines regarding HFE studies
* Work cross-functionally with the design and planning of HFE studies
* Write and review protocols and reports on HFE for quality/regulatory purposes
* Be responsible for risk management within the area of responsibility
* Be up to date in the field and be responsible for sharing knowledge and acting as an HFE expert and mentor

About you:
You have a university education or PhD in chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical science, pharmacist, or chemical engineer. You have long relevant experience in the medical device/pharmaceutical industry, with industrial experience from a clinical or device development department that supports global development. You have knowledge of medical device regulatory requirements and knowledge and experience in Human Factor Engineering. Furthermore, you have good experience working in projects, as well as experience writing and reviewing detailed information. You are fluent in English, Swedish is meritorious.

As a person, you enjoy building and developing processes and routines. You feel confident in your knowledge and care about maintaining and managing the work. You are driven and enjoy cross-functional collaboration.
