Human Factors Engineering Consultant to Tapora in Malmö

Human Factors Engineering Consultant to Tapora in Malmö

Arbetsbeskrivning

Job description
Introducing a different understanding of today's world and how the systems we work in and depend upon functions requires something that looks similar to a paradigm shift. The safety community has developed a consensus on how things work and how safety can be ensured, but the increase of knowledge has leveled off. Simple and linear cause-effect models can no longer explain how the world works. The new paradigm means that the priorities in safety management must change. Tapora contributes to this change for its clients to improve their safe operations.
