We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Human Factors/UX Engineer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
Within the AD/ADAS functions, we are looking for an experienced Human Factors/UX engineer.
You will be responsible for interpreting legal and internal requirements, driving Human factor issues across ARTs, contributing to the development, design, and V&V of the User interaction for AD/ADAS functions, and planning and executing user research to ensure data-driven development, decision-making, and AD/ADAS HMI safe argumentation.


You'll work closely with the V&V team, function teams, the UX organisation, and our software suppliers, as well as multiple VCC teams that need to contribute to the development of the HMI.

You'll be part of a team that includes people with experience in human factors, user research, and function design.
