Adecco är världens största HR-partner inom rekrytering, bemanning och konsulttjänster.I Sverige har vi mer än 50 kontor och 5000 anställda.Våra verksamhetsområden är Recruitment, Outsourcing, Staffing Services och Human Capital Solutions.Adecco är ett auktoriserat bemanningsföretag.Human Resourses Assistant This role ensures that the logistics are in place for the coordination of Learning and Development events and administration of Learning and Development tools to build the right level of Procurement capability worldwide.The role has responsibility for delegated geographies and business areas.The role holder will work closely with the Training and Development Manager in that area.Major Responsibilities: Learning and Development Maintain and update the Procurement Capability assessment tool, ensuring that the right people have access to the system and act as key contact for issue resolution.Maintain and update the Procurement Curriculum and its materials to enable access to the most current learning and development events Maintain and update the Procurement Learning Management System Advertise objectives and availability of learning events.Maintain appropriate communication channels on training (e.g.website including Career Families) and identify and implement ways of updating the Procurement network and publicising Learning and Development initiatives Manage the budget for the training event, ensuring that there are sufficient attendees and suitable use of resources for the event to be cost effective Manage application onboarding of participants including any pre-requirements or management approval.Ensure that all logistics are in place to assure the quality and cost effectiveness of Learning and Development events.Administer evaluation of learning interventions, report on issues raised and track next steps to completion Relationship Management Work collaboratively with other Co-ordinators, Training and Development Managers, and the Global Lead for Learning and Development as appropriate to understand the Learning and Development agenda and plan logistics accordingly.Act as first point of contact for Procurement staff with regard to queries and feedback re Learning and Development.Minimum Requirements - Education and Experience Experience in a senior administrative or learning and development coordinator role.High School Diploma/'A' level (or equivalent) standard of education.Skills and Capabilities Energetic and self motivated Strong oral and written communication skills.Oral and written fluency in Business English.Strong organisation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.Demonstrated success working in a team environment.Passion for customers.Acts decisively.Drives performance.Travel Requirements: Infrequent National Travel may be required Intresserad?Har annonsen fångat ditt intresse så är du välkommen att skicka in din ansökan så snart som möjligt.Rekryteringsarbetet kommer att ske löpande under ansökningstiden.Ansökan sker via denna länk, eller genom att du registrerar dig på vår hemsida www.adecco.se och ansöker därifrån.Vi ser gärna att du skickar ett CV på engelska för denna vakans
