The assigment is planned to start 28 september 2024. 

Work Tasks
In this role, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team that collaborates closely with the business and the HR community to drive the organization's agenda from a People perspective.

Your responsibilities will be twofold:

- Data & Insights Management
You will ensure the quality and availability of people-related data across all People Experience (PX) processes, providing insights and benchmarks that drive informed decision-making. You'll collaborate with business units, PX Engineering, and Central PX teams to ensure that data supports the broader organizational strategy, focusing on People, Culture, and Leadership initiatives.


- Analytics & Improvement Initiatives
You will work closely with the PX data team to lead initiatives focused on people data and analytics. This involves constantly improving processes, encouraging leaders and PX colleagues to become more data-informed, and identifying trends early to take proactive action.


Qualifications
We are looking for a person who has:

- A strong interest in how data can enhance HR processes and strategies.
- Some experience in data analytics, preferably within the HR domain.
- Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as Excel and Power BI, with the ability to present data in a clear and professional manner.
- Familiarity with working on large datasets and the ability to extract meaningful insights from multiple sources.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate through ambiguity with confidence.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and stakeholders.
- You are a team player with the courage to engage in cross-functional collaboration and manage various stakeholders effectively.
- You bring a keen understanding of the ever-changing business landscape and a strategic mindset to explore new opportunities.
- Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a positive approach to problem-solving are essential.
- A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning is highly valued, as the company offers endless opportunities for professional development.
