The HR Manager’s main task is to manage and continuously develop all HR related areas within the Market Unit Sweden. This includes supporting managers during recruitment processes, e.g. drafting and posting job adds, reviewing candidates, responding to questions from candidates and participate in the interviews. When recruiting is finalized the HR Manager supports managers and new employees during the onboarding period in which training is the most important topic. In order to continuously develop new and existing employee’s skills, the HR Manager shall develop and maintain a training catalogue with relevant trainings. Finally, the HR Manager will be the speaking partner for all MU personnel regarding all HR related topics and questions. The HR Manager will report to the General Manager.
Main Accountabilities
Support managers during the recruiting process and support managers and new employees during the onboarding process
Develop a training catalogue with relevant trainings needed for all MU personnel. This includes trainings to enhance for example marketing skills, Microsoft office skills, leadership skills, etc.
Monitor HR related KPIs, e.g. attrition rate, absence due to sickness, number of holiday days used, etc. and present KPI development on a quarterly basis to the management meeting
Responsible for training managers on their work environment responsibilities to ensure that MU Sweden lives up to all rules and regulations
Responsible for the MU personnel handbook, e.g. updating the handbook when necessary, train new personnel on the personnel handbook, etc.
Be speaking partner for all MU personnel on any HR related questions
Be key contact and speaking partner for regional HR Manager located in Paris, France, for all HR related topics
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Working Life or similar university education
Minimum 5 years of experience within Human Resources as a Human Resource Manager or similar
Good experience in Microsoft office
Be task orientated, service minded and trustworthy
Fluent in Swedish and English (oral and written)
Valid driver’s license for vehicles class B (B-körkort)
The position is initially a temporary employment with a view to become permanent employment if both parts agree after 6 months. The position is placed in Uppsala.
