Job Description
Do you want to work in close partnership with HR colleagues and system providers to have a direct impact on Tetra Pak s HR technology implementation?You will be a member of our international team, working both project & process oriented.The preferred location is Lund, Sweden. Global e-HR Services serves the HR community with technology to enable key processes such as Competence Development, Performance management and Compensation planning.Global e-HR Services is heavily involved in the HR transformation program with regards to implementation of new HR technology and processes. As Global Process Lead within our international e-HR team your major responsibilities are: In the scope of Tetra Pak s HR transformation programme - Performance management & Capability Project, collaborate with Process Owner People Development to: - Set system development specification, design future data landscape, identify reporting needs - Secure integration of data with Global Process Lead Master data.Together with colleagues in the Global e-HR Services team on the Master Data initiative: - Design global master data process and implement extended Master data - Optimising master data handling through improved procedures and tools
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have a University degree in HR, IT or Business Administration, in combination with a few years experience from HR, system implementation or process design.Experience from SAP or other similar business systems are seen as a merit. You are a methodical and structured individual with a clear process orientation.You are comfortable using informal authority and interpersonal skills when interacting both within and outside of your own team.The candidate we are looking for possesses a very good command of English, both written and spoken.The ability to work proactively and team oriented with an adaptable approach will be very useful.
