We are now strengthening our HR team by hiring an HR Administrator
Description
Your tasks will include e.g.
- Support in recruitment process and introduction of new employees.
- Management of employment contracts, insurance, personnel records and employee handbook.
- General personnel administration.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has
- relevant experience in HR administration, at least 3 years
- very good IT skills in MS Office (Sharepoint experience is an advantage)
- good proficiency in verbal and written Swedish and English
- driver's license B
To be successful in this role, You need to
- like administration and to constantly work on developing and improving this area.
- have interpersonal skills and understand the importance of integrity
- think and act proactively
