Main responsibilities As Human Resources Advisor your role is to be a business partner to: . SMT - Supporting the managers in implementing the People Development program.The program is a part of the SMT business system and focuses on the business cycle: Target setting, capability building and performance management.. Sandvik AB - supporting the managers in implementing and developing the HR processes - supported by our administrative service center.. Act as a proactive speaking partner within the whole range of HR issues.Your profile . Professional education to a minimum of Bachelor Degree.. At least 5 years experience of personnel instruments, management and legislation.. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills alongside strong organizational abilities.. A well-developed empathic capacity and high integrity..
