Implementing People Development program in your area.The program have focus on the business cycle: Target setting, capability building and performance management..Working with traditional HR tasks - salary review, recruitment, rehabilitation, negotiation supported by our administrative service center..With experience across all core HR processes, you shall advise at a senior level where necessary, whilst working with managers to drive HR initiatives through to completion.. Due to the progressive nature of the business, change management is high on the agenda to ensure we continually strive to achieve our corporate goals.. In the People Development Program your role is to work with Talent management on a global SMT level, reporting to the Business Area Global Process Owner for Resourcing.Your profile Professional education to a minimum of bachelor degree or deep understanding and working experience from the area.. At least 5 years of experience of personnel instruments, management and legislation..Excellent interpersonal and communication skills alongside strong organisational abilities..A well developed empathic capacity and high integrity.. The ability to build and maintain long term relationships at all levels of the organization - very well developed communicative and advisory skills..Cultural awareness and sensitivity..Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.A creative, analytical capacity and follow up mentality..Strong initiative, flexibility, entrepreneurship and a strong sense of responsibility.
