Scania has set clear and definite targets for sales of trucks, buses, engines and services by the year 2020 in Scania’s commercial strategy. The HR function at Sales and Marketing will play an essential role to secure we have the right competence to reach these targets. It is a demanding, challenging and stimulating environment to act in.
 
We are now looking to find a business driven Human Resources Business Partner.
 
The HR department within Sales and Marketing is today run by three people, with the support of two Recruitment Specialists. To meet the growth of our organisation we are now looking for one more Human Resources Business Partner. Together we will work to give the best possible HR support to mainly the 740 employees and managers within the organisation in Södertälje. This position gives you the chance to be part of an organisation that is focused on how to reach Scania’s 2020 targets and how to be the leader in sustainable transports. The position
As our HR Business Partner you share the operational HR responsibility of our established HR processes with your colleagues and you work independently to support your assigned part of the organisation. Your work tasks will be both operative, short term assignments and strategic, long term projects. Focus is on supporting the organisation in recruitments, leadership and organisation development, international assignments and the everyday HR issues that arise in a growing and diverse organisation.
 
Your profile
You have the ability to work in a consultative way which strongly contributes to the business. Communicating in English and Swedish comes naturally, and you feel confident in speaking in public. Since Sales and Marketing is an organisation characterised by flexibility, commercial drive and action, you cope well with change and appreciate a dynamic work environment.
 
You have 2 - 5 years’ experience of working with general HR issues and processes. Your academic background is within HR, and experience of working in a fast moving, IT focused environment is a merit.
