We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner - HRBP (Scandinavian Language Speaker) for Retailors in Amsterdam.

This job contributes to Fox Group - Retailors success by supporting the effective delivery of Human Resources programs and services to all employees in assigned area or district within a Territory. This position reports to the Human Resource Manager, and is expected to help develop, execute, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes for all stores. They will identify needs and help determine effective Human Resources strategies, programs, and services to address them.
Key responsibilities:
• Staffing & Onboarding: Ensures the implementation of effective recruitment strategies to support the hiring and staffing needs of stores and coaches store management teams in recruitment best practices and effective recruiting techniques. This activity could include manpower planning, recruitment strategies, sourcing candidate pool, conducting phone screens, participating in interviews, and conducting reference checks. Maintaining and supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes in terms of the documentation flows and necessary information relevant for HR Admin and Payroll. Knowledgeable in the local legislation in the respective regions and responsibility to ensure all labor and employment aspects are aligned with local regulation.
• Talent Planning & Development: Supports Succession/Bench Planning sessions to help identify further bench, gaps in talent base, and risk performers. Collaborates with Store /Area Leaders on employee development needs and bench planning decisions. Assists leaders with development plans for key talent to improve readiness levels and further support career progression. Facilitates monthly, quarterly, annual HR reports, analysis based on payroll analysis and HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, productivity, etc.). Works together with the payroll department to ensure pay cycles are accurate and complete. Partakes in discussions with VP HR in the establishment of regular compensation benchmarks and support in developing compensation models for the respective regions.
• Employee Relations: Consults with Store leaders to foster and promote a positive work
environment. Provides investigation and consultation support to employee relations, employee
conduct, and performance issues, including the application of company policies and applicable employment laws. Ensures compliance with local/country employment laws and regulations.
• Employee Advocacy: Provides information, or facilitates employees’ ability to obtain information about benefits, compensation, training and other Human Resources programs, systems, and services. Works with payroll on problem resolution of employee related transactions.
• HR Programs/Initiative Execution: Rolls out HR programs, trainings and initiatives as directed, and validates adoption / learnings at store level. Validate that all HR compliance policies and trainings are appropriately implemented.
The successful candidate will need the following:
• 3+ years of relevant professional /retail industry experience preferred;
• Bachelor’s degree / diploma major in Human Resources;
• Fluency in Fluency in English and in any Scandinavian Language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finish). Please note that preferred languages are Swedish or Danish.
• Must have knowledge/experience with local /country employment laws/regulations;
• Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills;
• Ability to identify opportunities and to build practical solutions

conflict management and resolution
