Human Resources Business Partner, Scania Sales and Marketing

Your new role
As an HR Business Partner you work independently to develop and support your assigned part of the organisation, while also sharing the responsibility for our established HR processes with your colleagues. Your work tasks will be both operative, short term assignments and strategic, long term projects. Apart from the exciting everyday HR issues that arise in a developing and diverse organisation, your focus is to improve and support the organisation in these five areas;

• Leadership and organizational development.
Your profile
You have the ability to work in a consultative way which strongly contributes to the business. You are able to deliver in reaching strategic targets as well as in operational tasks and you are driven by continuous learning and development. Communicating in English comes naturally, and you feel confident speaking in public. Since Sales and Marketing is an organisation characterised by flexibility, commercial drive and action, you cope well with change and appreciate a dynamic work environment.
Your academic background is within HR and you have prior experience of working as an HR Business Partner or as a specialist within the HR area.
