Your assignments
You are responsible for Human Resources in our production plant in Halden as well as for the Market Unit in Oslo, Norway
You oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department
Together with your team you will be acting as business partners and take care of the life circle of around 600 employees
You are responsible for developing HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business objectives
You will be working closely with the Plant Manager and key sparring partners to drive the organization forward
You will be key driver of a continues change and supporting the leadership team by developing change management and organizational strategies
You are responsible for developing and drive the recruiting and retention strategies to attract, evaluate and retain qualified staff
You take care of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Your role includes Headcount planning, reporting and analyzing KPI’s from a Human Resources perspective
You participate and serves as advisor for the employee committee work including safety and wellness. As HR Director you are the first point of contact for external providers such as unions and other authorities
Your profile
Higher education at master's level or bachelor's level with relevant work experience related to Human Resources
Several years of experience as Director Human Resources, preferable in production industry and/or global environment
Profound knowledge in change management and organizational development
Advanced analytical skills such as experience in reporting and compensation
Experience in leading contract-related negotiations with external providers
Broad experience in leading teams
Fluent knowledge of English - written and oral
Fluent knowledge of Norwegian or other Scandinavian language - written and oral
