Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions AB Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions AB develops and produces packaging systems and distribution solutions for ambient distributed liquid food.The company is part of the business area Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions that has a global coverage and key product development centres in Modena, Italy and Lund, Sweden.You will support managers and employees on all people and organizational issues in accordance with our strategy in two of our platforms, Carton Bottle and Carton Economy, within Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions AB. You will report to VP HR Development & Engineering, and will be part of the Tetra Pak Carton Bottle and Carton Economy management team as well as the Development & Engineering HR management team. In this position you will be responsible for: .Drive activities in accordance with HR processes and policies within the platforms, e.g.performance appraisal, salary review, competence development and employee satisfaction .Be instrumental in driving and facilitating our main change program faster, better & cheaper in the areas of competence transformation, change management and organisational structures .Recruitment according to the budget requirements in cooperation with HR Centre of Expertise .Secure legal requirements and aligned with Tetra Pak policies and procedures..Manage/support union relations and negotiations .Fulfil and follow up on general HR administration, statistics and records This is a temporary position for one+ year You have a university degree or equivalent and several years of broad experience in the area of Human Resources including Swedish labour legislation, trade union relations and compensation & benefits systems.You are business oriented and enjoy a high energetic environment.You have a good level of spoken and written English and Swedish.We are looking for someone who is able to work with both strategic questions as well as being hands-on in the day-to-day operations.As a person you are independent and able to lead in a culture characterized of creativity.You are empathic and possess a high degree of drive.Furthermore you should be outgoing and communicative.
