The position will be responsible for delivering a full range of HR
tools and support to the Electrolux IT organisation, an international
matrix organisation with 600 employees in 37 countries, with many
international reporting lines entailing remote management of teams.You are expected to coordinate all aspects of Human Resources as well as to ensure that all the Group HR policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to, with the aim of ensuring the equal treatment of staff across borders.Working in HR within Electrolux IT gives great opportunity for personal development.In this role you will report solid line to Berith Hägglund-Marcus, HR Director Group Staff & Functions.

As HR Manager you will provide operative and strategic HR support to the IT line managers and staff worldwide ensuring timely and cost effective solutions that enable line managers and employees to improve individual, team and business performance.
Key operational responsibilities include:
- Compensation & Benefits Reviews
- Talent Management
- Recruitment and selection
- Organization Development
- Performance Management
- Redundancies, grievances and disciplinaries
- Labour relations
- Maintain contact with local HR support, payroll and other functions within Electrolux

Ongoing active participation on various HR projects will also be part of this role, maintaining, updating and developing existing and new HR policies, procedures and initiatives.

Competencies needed:
- University degree in Human Resource management or Organisational management.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience of working in an international environment is a must,
requiring an international mindset and understanding of the differences in HR laws/practices and management styles between countries.
- Kowledge of labour law and experience of union negotiations
(particular Sweden)
- Experience and ability to understand how HR is a key player in
bringing the business to the next level of excellence.
- High level of energy, drive for results and accountability.
- Maturity, loyalty, composure and high personal integrity and trust
is a must.
- We expect you to have a natural authority and maneuver well in a changing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will make you more successful.
- Understanding of Information Technology is an advantage.
- Availability to travel.
- Language skills (Swedish and English)
