Jobdescription

The role of the HR Manager manufacturing is to drive Human Resources initiatives and HR issues in line with business objectives and in cooperation with the Refinery Management and HR Team.
You will report to the Director Human Resources and in Matrix to VP Manager Manufacturing.

Further responsibilities are to:

• Drive and Manage the HR Manufacturing agenda together with the local HR Teams in Germany and Sweden
• Provide support, resolution and coach managers on human resources issues.
• Implement the Group HR policies, processes and tools.
• HR responsibility for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, talent management, career management, competence development, labour law, leadership etc. at site level.
• Contribute working conditions are compliant with Group Health and Safety & Environment policies.
• Develop and strengthen people & culture dimensions together with the site and refinery management
• Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives.
• Work in line with and implement Group HR policies and processes within own Business Areas
• You will as part of your role possess ownership on several HR Processes within Group HR
• Be an active part in the global HR management team to continuously develop and improve the strategic HR agenda

Background & Skills

Bachelor's degree with specialization in HR Management. Minimum 10 years qualified HR manager experience, preferable from industrial and international companies. Very good knowledge of English and the Swedish language. Considerable knowledge of HR processes. Experience from being a part of a Management team. A good knowledge of labor law and Union negotiations. Experienced manager with own employee and budget responsibility.
