BAT SWEDEN IS LOOKING FOR A HR & PAYROLL ADMIN





ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Purpose:
To be responsible for the payroll process for 3 Companies (F&L, BAT Sweden and Nicconovum)
Full CLA compliance
Controlling and securing salaries are correct and collecting approvals from HRBP
Holiday administration and analysis



Reports to: Senior HR Business Partner
Geographic Scope: Local
Working Relationships:
Internal – all functions incl. HR in Denmark
External – Payroll system support, financial institutes, authorities, insurance companies and pension ́s providers

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Employee Admin – Data compliance in all payroll system as Kontek, Kontek HRM, Ferox, SAP TaO
Contact person in all payrolls related questions – from internal stakeholders as well as government
Continuously plan and hold trainings for managers & employees on our time reporting system.
Initiate improvements and development within the area
Support in HRBPs in HR tasks and projects
Ensure Record Management
IWS Management as a pillar member for Org.Pillar



ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Experience Required
3-5 years' experience with the whole payroll process
Excellent knowledge of Payroll systems
Experience with SAP and other Employee admin system
Experience and knowledge about Swedish law, CLA
Experience with Skatteverket and Kronofogden admin system



Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
Skills of analysis of research data
Structured and target oriented
Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
Basic computer skills in MS Office



BENEFICIAL
Digital capabilities or experience within Business Intelligence and Analytics are considered an advantage
Knowledge about pensions
Knowledge about car benefits
Good if the person had worked with SE / DK salaries before
