We are looking for a Human Resources Representative for an international company in Linköping. Start ASAP, 6 months contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
Assignment description
Working in a global environment, this position is responsible for providing HR administration support, information on enquiries from employees, managers, and other members of the HR Team. The role will be part of People Solutions(HR) and will be responsible to support various HR activities such as(but no limited to) generating amendments to contracts, manage the termination/exit and support any statutory/compliance related reporting requirements.
Core Responsibilities:
• Be part of the global team that provides HR Administration support for employees in the EMEA region.
• Provides quality service in response to incoming inquiries through myhR- web portal, employee case submissions for the global employee base and with a specific focus on Sweden.
• Assists employees/HR partners with any problems encountered while using HR self-service tools for employee transactions (e.g., data changes, onboarding, separations, benefits administration, performance management and compensation, job postings, etc.).
• Interact with local authorities as required for statutory and regulatory needs.
• Provide Swedish language related support to other HR teams (HRBP’s, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Recruitment) and Payroll teams for execution of processes locally.
• Manage the handling of communications received locally and handle the storage of employee personal files in a secure manner.
• Coordinate with local authorities for submission of data as requested.
• Preparing and submission of data requested by local authorities and submissions of the data through required channels/govt portal.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to identify opportunities to enhance the process and improve employee experience.
• Other responsibilities, as assigned.
Core Skills and Qualifications:
• 1-3 years experience in HR administration preferably in a global Shared Services set up.
• College degree with a preferred major in Human Resources, Communications or Business
• Knowledge in HR process (Any region)
• Knowledge of local Swedish HR requirements
• Must have the ability to remain focused, professional, tactful and discrete when handling sensitive and/or confidential information.
• Ability to work in a global environment in a multi country operating model.
• Must be proficient to communicate verbally in English and Swedish
• Communicates effectively in both oral and written form
• Exhibits patience and empathy
• Ability to put oneself in a employees’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary
• Possesses strong problem-solving skills
• Confident at troubleshooting; obtains enough information from employees to either resolve the inquiry or obtains adequate information to refer the issue to an expert for problem resolution
• Actively looks for process improvements
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to follow strict policy guidelines and recognize situations requiring escalation
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Possesses strong PC skills and has knowledge of general office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite products: Excel, Word,
PowerPoint, etc. will also be helpful.
This is a full-time consultant position in Linköping through Incluso. Start is ASAP and the contract period is 6 months to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
