Our customer is looking for a Human Resources Representative.

This position, which operates within a global setting, entails providing HR administration assistance and addressing inquiries from employees, managers, and other HR team members. As part of the People Solutions (HR) department, the role involves supporting various HR tasks, including but not limited to contract amendments, termination/exit management, and statutory/compliance reporting. Join the customers global team that offers HR Administration support for employees in the EMEA region

Your job assignments will be to:
- Deliver exceptional service by responding to inquiries received through the myhR web portal, employee case submissions, with a specific focus on Sweden
- Assist employees and HR partners with any issues encountered while using HR self-service tools for employee transactions, such as data changes, onboarding, separations, benefits administration, performance management, compensation, and job postings
- Collaborate with local authorities as necessary to meet statutory and regulatory requirements
- Provide Swedish language support to other HR teams (HRBP's, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Recruitment) and Payroll teams for local process execution
- Manage the handling and secure storage of communications and employee personal files
- Coordinate with local authorities for data submission as requested
- Prepare and submit data requested by local authorities through the required channels or government portals
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to identify opportunities for process enhancement and improve the employee experience
- Perform any other assigned responsibilities

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a global Shared Services environment
- College degree with a preferred major in Human Resources, Communications, or Business
- Knowledge of HR processes in any region
- Familiarity with local Swedish HR requirements
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, tact, and discretion
- Comfortable working in a global environment with a multi-country operating model
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Confident in troubleshooting and gathering necessary information to resolve inquiries or escalate them to experts
- Adherence to strict policy guidelines and ability to recognize situations requiring escalation
- Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proficient in verbal communication in both English and Swedish

- Limited or no prior experience with specific customer support tools (e.g., ServiceNow HR web portal) or Human Capital Management Tools (e.g., Workday modules, Bswift, icims, etc.)

Job Complexity:
This position involves acquiring and mastering skills, as well as familiarizing oneself with company policies and procedures, in order to successfully complete repetitive tasks. The assignments are typically routine in nature and do not require much independent judgment. Supervision is closely provided, with detailed instructions given for all work. The work is regularly reviewed to ensure completeness and accuracy. When interacting with customers, the main focus is on providing information and support using clearly defined training and reference materials, rather than making decisions.
