HVAC Developer | 100% Remote

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a HVAC Developer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will work closely with the team, interfacing teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders within the company. You will maintain close contact with EMC, ELP (electrical performance), EDS (electrical distribution), and Basetech to ensure we have the correct requirements and delivery status.


You will implement the best possible solutions and ensure that the suppliers meet the requirements based on our high-quality standards.


You will contribute to product development by having knowledge of component SW and electrical HW development, as well as being the node owner and managing the communication of the HVAC's electrical components.


You will review supplier test reports, perform rig tests, and complete vehicle tests to ensure performance and functionality. You will participate in system solution discussions, system FMEA, and subsystem design inspections with the System/Architecture designer.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
We believe you have an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent degree, as well as relevant work experience and competence.
Experience working with suppliers, as well as knowledge of scrum and agile principles, would be advantageous.
