In this role you will work pro-actively with documentation process adherence and quality in projects, both within own function as well as to interfacing functions, with focus on training, communication and the documentation delivery from our internal suppliers to meet the project milestones in our projects.
You will be responsible to monitor, maintain and keep the HVDC documentation processes and instructions updated, also be a senior advisor and assessor to the project resources regarding documentation processes and the documentation delivery to customers. You will join a team of four experienced Sr doc process specialists. The team is led by a team leader who prioritizes and distributes the daily work.
Your responsibilities
Be a senior advisor to HVDC project resources regarding documentation processes and the documentation delivery to customers
Governance of the HVDC documentation processes
Be updated on ISO/IEC standards and prepare activities connected to that - assessments, audits and instruction updates
Prepare and participate in quality audits i.e. ISO standards
Implement and communicate documentation management processes at HVDC globally
Implement and follow-up documentation processes adherence within own department
Perform documentation process assessments to interfacing functions. Follow up and report process adherence within the company
Ensure that documentation process charts, instructions, base and standards are updated
Provide training, coaching and support to individuals and teams for better knowledge and understanding of the documentation process and the documentation system
Understand the organization’s vision and demands and suggest improvements where you see them

Your background
We would like to see that you are a self-motivated and structured person who has a curious mind-set. You have clear leadership qualities and like working in a team as well as independently. Moreover, you are responsive and customer oriented and can see the opportunities in your work. You have system-related experience and an interest in new technology
You are comfortable with leading big meetings and speaking in front of a large audience
You hold a University degree in a relevant field or have equivalent experience in the area
2-5 years’ experience with process- and quality work
Deep knowledge of ISO/IEC standards, experience of any standardization work is advantageous
Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt or higher certification
Experience from working in a document management system is essential
You are an engaged person who can speak up for your issues, and you manage the work in a forward direction
As you will be part of a global business, fluency in English and Swedish is required, written, and spoken alike. Proficiency in other languages is a plus
You can grasp both the full picture and understand the complexity in processes of change. At the same time, you are a doer who has ability to make decisions, take initiative and launch new activities. We are looking for someone who combines business mind and the ability to motivate, investigate and coach
