About this opportunity
The RAN Compute HW unit is responsible for designing and maintaining Baseband and Street Macro products in the Ericsson Radio Base Station Portfolio. We support the existing and coming generation of digital platforms enabling high capacity and performance for our end customers.
Our design is based on the latest silicon technology with multi-layer PCBs and high-speed series links. To be driven, we want to be at the forefront of technological development by optimizing our products according to; performance, low maintenance costs, and fault-free systems.
We are now looking for a Technical Product Development Leader to join our Digital hardware design team.
What you will do
You will drive, lead and mentor the development teams to secure phenomenal deliveries and solutions.
You will mainly work with our High-Speed Links and requirements, roadmaps, and simulation for our future products.
As a technical leader, you have a high technical interest and a good understanding of developing digital hardware.
You fill the link between our development teams, partners, and line management. Leadership, collaboration, communication, and high accountability to get results will be the key to success.
You will bring
Understanding system-level requirements to create overall PLL/Synchronization block specifications.
Create behavioral models of PLL/Synchronization block to drive architectural decisions and derive block-level requirements for analog and digital blocks.
Be able to define production/bench-level test plans.
Hands-on experience with verifying PLL/Synchronization block.
Have a good experience with simulation tools such as MATLAB.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Matlab.
Experience with high-speed digital circuit design and analysis is a plus.
Result & Quality oriented demeanor.
Strong and effective communication skills and team spirit.
