What you will do
We offer you to work in a truly cross functional agile team. The team works mostly with SPA2 and GPA and handles function realization, ECUs, in-house developed SW as well as SW from suppliers and verification. You will work closely with other teams as well as our suppliers. Together with your colleagues you will realize all electrical seat functions and you will be one in the team with deep electrical competence.
Our team mostly works with the future platforms SPA2 & GPA, but we are still responsible for our other products throughout the whole life cycle. 

You will also work with quality assurance regarding electronic hardware, mechanical design as well as perceived quality such as solidity and appearance. Review suppliers’ designs. Attend and lead supplier HW joint reviews and delivery reviews. Verify the solution and recommend changes of the design regarding technology, quality, service, environment, market adaptation and rationalization. Contribute to the build-up of experience, by participating and developing technology strategies within the area of competence.
you fit the profile?

You have a true team player mind-set and are a result-oriented person. You are open-minded and enjoy learning new things. You are enthusiastic and bring a lot of energy. 

Knowledge of EMC and circuit board layout. 

You have a M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electronics, Mechatronics or similar. Hopefully you have knowledge about circuit board development and enjoy having a broad responsibility and to lead our suppliers.

You are familiar with concepts like Agile Ways of Working. You need to be fluent in the English language, spoken and written. 

Preferably knowledge of System Safety.

Preferably work experience from automotive industry.
