Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior HW Electrical & Electronics Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and meticulously document electronics and/or electrical components.
Document EE component development, including relevant simulations.
Establish and communicate requirements for components to suppliers.
Engage with suppliers, managing work distribution effectively.
Assume operational responsibility in supplier relationships.
Take charge of recommending suitable suppliers.
Evaluate new components and make informed decisions on internal selections.
Ensure cross-functional and business anchoring in all initiatives.
Manage either complex components or a large set of less complex components.
Extend responsibility to deliver & execute a Product Strategy Roadmap for the designated area.
Lead and oversee maintenance, fault tracing, and component ownership processes.
Manage warranty-related tasks and drive cycles for optimal system performance.
Apply hands-on expertise in both hardware (HW) and software (SW) aspects.
Develop and enhance connectivity solutions, contributing to application development.
Analyze and stay abreast of industry standards and legislation.

What You’ll Bring:

Accumulate 10 years or more of relevant experience in the field.
Exhibit prowess as an experienced project lead, coach, mentor, and educator.
Serve as a known subject matter expert, addressing complex discipline-related issues.
Possess a strong T-shaped profile, showcasing deep discipline excellence or a mature generalist toolbox.
Act as a known product owner, contributing significantly to project roadmaps/strategies in line with industry trends.
