Display teams belongs to Interior Room ART where we develop the Displays, Switches, IP, Tunnel and door panels. We are now looking for a Developer with Hardware development experience. You will work in an agile team with competence within lead engineering, test, software and hardware, with a clear ambition to work cross-functional. We need curious and talented people onboard. People with passion, energy, and the drive to deliver good products for our customers. We are an organization that will support you to develop and reach your full potential. 

What you’ll do 

You will work as HW responsible within our development teams. As a HW responsible, you will lead the HW development by having close cooperation with our supplier, to secure that they deliver and follow our requirements to deliver a product with high quality. You will also be part of, for example, creating requirement specifications, evaluate HW performance in rig and actual vehicles, support in test activities as well as being part of packaging discussions to secure required space in future vehicles. In this role you will have close collaboration with the project leader, SW responsible and test engineer within your team. You will also have many other interfaces within VCC, for example, Instrument Panel, Design, EMC, Ergonomics, Electrical Performance, Perceived Quality, Vehicle Engineers and so on. This requires good ability to communicate with other people as well as being proactive, driven and dare to take your own initiatives.

If you are
•    Are structured and have a good sense of details.
•    Are driven and result oriented. 
•    Are happy to share your best practices and equally happy to learn from others.
•    Great communication and collaboration skills
•    Have interest in cars and driver experience 

What you’ll bring

•    A degree of M.Sc or B.Sc in electrical or computer science, or equivalent technical training/experience
•    1-2 years of Experience in HW development or project management.
•    Experience in Hardware requirement management.
•    Experience from working agile team is meritorious
•    Experience from Automotive is meritorious
•    Good English skills, verbally and in writing
•    Driving License: B (valid)
