HW Leader Antenna - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for an HW Leader Antenna who is experienced in the car industry or consumer market Hardware development.

What you'll do:
● Performing engineering calculations to determine the performance characteristics of antennas based on design parameters.
● Be part of a cross functional agile team; including Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Electronics Engineers.
● Responsible for securing the quality of the products by leading design reviews, supporting quality & certification continuous development.
● Discuss with experts and other engineers, review test plans, judge test results, work with design pre-requisites / design specifications and follow up with manufacturing partners.
● Designing and constructing new antennas or modifying existing ones to meet the requirements of clients and customers.
Who you are:
● Have a university degree in embedded electronics hardware, electronics hardware design, or an equivalent area of education and must have relevant working experience.
● 5+ years of experience in the car industry or consumer market Hardware development.
● Good knowledge and experience in Project Management, communication/coaching skills and SAFe/Scrum.
● Regularly works across teams to build a culture for iterative, autonomous development and future scaling.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
