Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior HW Requirement Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Requirement Management: Lead the definition, documentation, and management of hardware requirements for automotive projects, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to communicate and validate hardware requirements, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Hardware Verification: Verify hardware from suppliers, ensuring it meets specified requirements, performance, and safety standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including electronic control design and hardware design, for seamless integration of hardware requirements into projects.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to hardware requirements, changes, and approvals.

What you bring:
University degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Background in hardware requirement management within the automotive industry
Strong grasp of hardware design and testing processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
