Hybris Ecommerce Consultant

Skills and Experience:
Ø 12+ years of Information Technology experience
Ø 8 + years of Business Analyst experience in e-commerce
Ø 5+ years strong experience with high volume hybris B2C / B2B eCommerce systems
Ø Establish product roadmap for P&C application by working with Ericsson Digital Transformation Program Team (Light House), Ericsson Business & Ericsson IT
Ø Responsible for the requirement gathering, preparation of use case document, business requirements document , functional specification
Ø Ensure for defining / enabling accurate acceptance criteria for the functionality.
Ø Front end the demo conversation for the functionality developed and
Ø Responsible for slicing the requirements, prioritize the requirements and scope for release by working with Ericsson business
Ø Liase between Ericsson Business, Ericsson IT, development and testing team
Ø Support system integration testing and UAT
Ø Single point of contact for any requirements gap, interaction with customer for any change in requirements
Ø Excellent communication and client interaction skills
Ø Experience in Agile/Scrum Methodologies & processes



Responsibilities:
Ø Work closely with business and IT and create a requirement in JIRA
Ø Communicate the requirements to Project team
Ø Work closely with project team to ensure all requirements are met as per business need
Ø Involve in Sprint demo with the business
Ø Work closely and co-ordinate between business/IT/project team and ensure UAT is signed off from business
