Your role

You are responsible for the development of the Integrated ATC Suite (I-ATS), Saab's air-traffic management system. The development team consists of the roles necessary to successfully produce systems that add value to our customers, for example, software developers, integration engineers, tester, and systems engineers.



Your responsibilities include, but are not limited, to:

*

tailor the common processes and practices to secure that they add value and support our business,
*

work closely together with our customers, the sales organization, the product manager, and the projects managers (project managers and lead systems engineers)
*

meeting agreed unit goals (finances, quality, delivery capacity, and efficiency),
*

resource allocation for product development,
*

coaching your teams towards agreed goals and strategies,
*

developing the skills and abilities of the subordinates and securing a good working environment within the unit,
*

leading per our organizational values,
*

working environment responsibility, and
*

work package scheduling and cost estimation

ability to pair strategic thinking with operational actions

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/security protection. For positions requiring security clearance, additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
